1. Meal Plan
One of the easiest ways to stay on track is meal planning before heading to the grocery store. Sit down with your recipe books, pinterest boards and family favorites while you make a grocery list. Shop your pantry first and build your list of ‘needs’ before heading out. It’ll save you time at the store and you’ll have everything you need for all your meals.
Whether you shop on the weekends or mid week while the kids are at school/daycare the easiest way to get the fresh fruits and veggies into your kids is having everything rinsed and pre-cut. After the grocery store haul and before you fill the refrigerator, rinse and cut those fruits and veggies. Organize them in clear containers in the refrigerator and they’re easy for anyone to grab and eat.

3. Pack ahead of time
Busy with kids or just busy in general streamline your meal prep by pre-making lunches and breakfast. Some favorites are these salads in a jar and overnight oatmeal. Not interested in salad every day or cold oats, that’s okay! Simply pack leftovers from dinner during clean up and they’re ready to grab in the morning before you head to the office. 4. Crockpot Cuisines
A crockpot is your friend if you want to streamline meals. You can easily start dinner early in they day and have a hot, delicious dinner waiting for you at the end of the day. 5. Pack ahead of time
When hunger strikes you’ll be prepared with ready to serve meals and snacks. Late at night or early in the morning prep your meals and snacks so you’re ready to go on a moments notice.
